What you will be doing

You are taking Fabrik TO THE WORLD, and you will need the hunger to go global. There will be a need to overlap your work timings with PST time zone. You will work with seasoned sales teams with decades of experience under their belt from lead generation to account management. You will have a solid understanding of the technology behind our product, and have a flair for creating multiple use-cases for B2B and B2B2C customers. In this cross-functional role, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and the marketing teams to identify, seed, and create categories.

  1. Strategize and execute on inbound lead generation activities.
  2. Assisting with the growth of the sales pipeline through lead generation and inside sales activities
  3. Engage with prospects at all levels and using different channels and techniques – Email, Phone, LinkedIn and other lead generation tools.
  4. Conducting targeted email campaigns to reach key decision-makers in target companies.
  5. Analyzing customer needs in terms of current business obstacles, identifying projects and scoping potential solutions for Fabrik.
  6. Contributing individually to the team targets, achieving a high level of client satisfaction and quality lead generation.
  7. Research accounts and identify the right contacts in every account.
  8. Assist sales with RFI/RFPs to provide deeper insight into the product.

What you should bring along

  1. 0.5+ years of industry experience in selling to North America or the European Union.
  2. Experience developing and executing sales strategy successfully while collaborating cross-functionally and building consensus, with effective project management expertise.
  3. Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems.
  4. Metrics-driven and analytical; proven ability to prioritize, drive, and achieve results through self and others under time pressure
  5. Passion for working with technology products and solving consumer needs.
  6. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  7. Ability to develop, organize, and maintain process documentation
  8. Excellent communication and articulation skills.
  9. Ability to sell ideas well through creative presentations.
  10. Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring to life the product. You are at the center of our entire organization, constantly interacting with teammates, prospects, and customers.
  11. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  12. Self-motivated and results-driven; passionate to learn and grow, proactive executioner with out-of-the-box thinking.

Qualifications

MBA/BE/BS Graduates with strong business acumen and interest. 

Pre/ Final-Year/ Fresher Students in the related field with a flair for business research, strong Business Development interest, and excellent skills in English, who can pursue a full-time internship are welcome to apply.
